About Our Legal Status

Karkinium Cancer Council (KCC) is a Section 8 Non-Profit Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. We are founded with the vision of creating a Cancer-Free India and World, dedicated to awareness, prevention, patient aid, rehabilitation, and advanced cancer research.

KCC operates as a legally recognized, non-profit organization ensuring that every rupee is spent transparently for public health and humanitarian benefit in accordance with Indian law.
