All grievances will be acknowledged within 7 working days and resolved within 30 working days.

• Avoid conflicts of interest
• Do not misuse funds or organizational identity
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Violation may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or legal proceedings.

🚨 Anti-Fraud & Misuse Policy

KCC follows a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, corruption, impersonation, or misuse of funds.

• No unauthorized fundraising allowed
• Fake campaigns or impersonation will face legal action
• Verify donations only through official KCC channels
